Generalist – People & Culture
Manage end-to end recruitment processes for Engineer / Sr Engineer/ Asst Mgr level.
Partner with hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements.
Manage onboarding activities, including documentation and new hire orientation.
Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
Support performance review cycles and goal setting processes.
Partner with Managers on PIP cases and drive action plan for employee development
Monitor completion of periodical performance evaluations & documentations.
Assist in identifying development and coaching opportunities.
Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Organize wellness, recognition, and team-building programs.
Promote company values and culture across the organization.
Drive Employee Voice / Suggestion actions.
Lead local and global HR initiatives.
Rewards & Recognition program for white collar
Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively.
Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, and exits.
Generate HR reports and metrics for leadership review.
Ensure data quality within HR systems.
Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives.
Track employee training completion and development plans.
Partner with leaders & vendors to identify capability-building opportunities.
Branding new HR excellence projects & initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Social Work, Industrial Relations, Labour Management, Law, or related field or
• Master's Degree/ MBA HR full time preferred from Tier1 Colleges

• Fresher / 2 years’ experience

Strong understanding of HR practices and employee relations
Experience with HRIS systems and MS applications.
Excellence communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of HR Analytics & reporting
Experience in a fast-paced, multinational or matrix environment.
