s and responsibilities:1. End-to-End Recruitment- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.-Job Posting-Collaborate closely with HRBPs to align recruitment efforts with business strategies.- Maintain and update the Hiring Tracker to ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide regular status updates to stakeholders/HRBP's.2. Hiring tools and technologyLeverage the Avature portal to manage hiring and candidate applications, and maintain up-to-date records of recruitment progress.Ensure effective use of the portal to streamline hiring processesSourcing Candidates- Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional networks to source excellent candidates.- Conduct proactive outreach and searches to attract top talent.- Find and Engage Hard-to-Reach Talent- Enable a Diversity Strategy and Ensure Diverse Talent Pools - TA COE- Build and Maintain Healthy Pipelines of Engaged Talent3. Collaboration with Hiring Managers- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs, organizational culture, and skill requirements for open positions.- Provide strategic support and insights throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment with unit objectives.4. Collaboration with Consultant, Institutes- Establish and strengthen relationships with universities, colleges, and vocational institutions for internship and entry-level recruitment opportunities5.
