Position Title: Executive - Industrial Engineering
Manager - Industrial Engineering
The position for Executive Industrial Engineering is responsible for driving productivity, process
optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence across manufacturing operations. The role
focuses on work measurement, capacity planning, layout optimization, lean implementation, Assembly
line design, Material handling, Routing update in SAP and continuous improvement initiatives to
enhance plant performance and competitiveness
Time study, Method study and routing update
Procurement of workstation, Conveyor, material handling equipment’s, Tools, Jigs & fixtures
Time study & Method study: Stopwatch and MTM/MOST technique
Workstation & material handling system design
Procurement of the Equipment’s/Tools/Jigs & fixtures/Measuring equipment’s
Design and optimise production line
Define technical specifications for workstation, conveyor, material handling, etc
Lead installation, commissioning, and handover of equipment’s
Evaluate automated solutions and next-generation systems
Analyse production data to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness
Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulation’s
Support internal and external audits and certification processes
Implement quality management standards ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 & ISO50001
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Maintenance teams
Evaluate and approve suppliers for capability and compliance
Contribute to TPM-KK pillar, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
Engineering, software & Analytical Tools
Ability to review and modify layout and workstation designs in AutoCAD
Layout design tools- like or equivalent
MS office with Advanced Excel & Data Analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
Certification course in Time study and Lean tools, MTM/MOST
08–10 years’ experience in Industrial Engineering in manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, process industries
Leadership and team management capability
Effective communication and cross-functional coordination
