Start Your Hospitality Career – Front Office Internship (min 5 Months)
The intern will work in the Front Office department and support daily guest service operations. Main tasks include handling check-ins and check-outs, working with the hotel system, answering emails, and assisting guests with their requests. The student will closely cooperate with the housekeeping and technical departments to ensure that rooms are ready on time and guest requests or technical issues are handled efficiently. Further responsibilities include invoice processing, supporting the Executive Lounge, and assisting with individual and group check-ins.
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented student who is interested in the hospitality industry and enjoys working with people in an international environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and willing to learn. Good communication skills in English are required, and knowledge of German is an advantage. Basic computer skills are important, and previous experience in customer service or hotels is a plus but not mandatory. The student should be able to work well in a team, stay calm under pressure, and show a high level of professionalism and responsibility when dealing with guests.
