Deze organisatie is een bekende speler binnen de doe-het-zelf retailmarkt en ondersteunt honderden zelfstandige ondernemers in Nederland. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in regio Utrecht werken verschillende teams samen om de winkels én de online omgeving continu te verbeteren. Met meer dan 165 winkels en een sterke focus op service, advies en vakmanschap helpt de organisatie zowel consumenten als ondernemers bij projecten in en rondom het huis.
Naast de fysieke winkels wordt er steeds meer geïnvesteerd in digitale oplossingen. Hierdoor speelt IT een steeds belangrijkere rol binnen de organisatie
Je komt terecht in het IT-team op het hoofdkantoor. Hier werk je samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines aan het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van digitale platformen die door ondernemers en winkels worden gebruikt.
Je werkt samen met stakeholders uit de business om wensen en verbeteringen te vertalen naar concrete IT-oplossingen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met ontwikkelteams en leveranciers om wijzigingen door te voeren en systemen stabiel te houden
Als Application Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van het platform dat door de winkels en ondernemers wordt gebruikt.
Je inventariseert wensen vanuit de organisatie en ondernemers en vertaalt deze naar functionele verbeteringen binnen het platform. Vervolgens houd je regie over de implementatie van deze wijzigingen en zorg je dat alles soepel wordt uitgerold.
Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij het uitvoeren van testen, het documenteren van wijzigingen en het oplossen van issues binnen de keten van het platform. Je werkt daarbij met verschillende stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat het platform veilig, stabiel en toekomstbestendig blijft.
