Maintenance Supervisor

Are you a motivated maintenance professional with a passion for leadership, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement? In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of Maintenance Technicians while overseeing maintenance planning, preventive maintenance programs, and daily operations to ensure the safe and efficient performance of production equipment and facility systems. Working closely with Plant Management, Production, Engineering, and service providers, you’ll play a key role in maximizing uptime, improving reliability, controlling costs, and driving operational excellence, while providing technical support and hands-on assistance as needed.
Lead, coach, and support Maintenance Technicians by assigning work, setting priorities, and promoting safe work practices.
Manage the CMMS, including work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset records, and maintenance reporting.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, inspections, repairs, and planned shutdowns to ensure equipment reliability.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, equipment upgrades, and installations.
Coordinate vendors and contractors, ensuring quality service, safety compliance, and alignment with budget objectives.
Maintain spare parts inventory and purchasing activities to support uninterrupted operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while supporting 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a candidate with:
Associate degree in a maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related field
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must have a minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
with prior leadership or maintenance planning experience preferred
Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical and electrical systems
CMMS software (FIIX preferred), and preventive maintenance practices
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage vendors both verbally and in email communication
Must be able to read technical drawings and manuals
as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment and can perform occasional hands-on maintenance activities
can lift 50 lbs. as needed, as well as being able to sit or stand for extended periods
Able to travel on occasion to other U.S. Centers and internationally as needed
Must authorized to work in the U.S.
