Maintenance Technician

Your main duties and responsibilities

You will work day shift in a clean working environment within a brand new plant, which you will maintain together with your colleagues in a small close-knit team;
You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of the machinery and documentation/work instructions;
You systematically look for causes of malfunctions and solve them (both mechanical and electrical);
If necessary, you will carry out repairs on various production equipment and all kinds of technical installations;
You will report to the Head Maintenance and work with 3 other colleagues within the technical department;
A breakdown service is applicable (once every 3 weeks, requiring sporadic return to site).
Our client specialises in performing various treatments of materials for the high-tech industry. With a modern factory, they are able to carry out almost all processes known in the market at a high quality level.
You are in possession of a completed MBO degree in engineering, for example Mechatronics or Aerospace Engineering;
Motivated, sociable and team player are traits that characterise you;
You have a service-oriented, flexible and proactive attitude;
Some work experience in a similar position in a production environment is desirable and you are willing to learn new techniques;
Willingness to take additional courses that will train you to become a technical expert (it will take about 1.5 years to master all operations);
Knowledge of vacuum technology is nice.
A salary of up to €4,300 gross per month depending on knowledge and experience
In addition to regular holidays, you will receive 13 adv days
