Seguimiento y cumplimiento de cuotas de venta

Análisis de datos / elaboración de planes de acción y seguimiento a la ejecución

Evaluaciones operativas / supervisión en campo

Mantener los básicos de rentabilidad para el negocio a su alcance

Monitoreo y cumplimiento de la jornada laboral

Interacción con personal sindicalizado y representantes sindicales

¿QUÉ NECESITAS PARA APLICAR A LA VACANTE?
Licenciatura terminada en áreas como Administración, Mercadotecnia, Negocios o afín
Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en ventas y manejo de equipos comerciales
Experiencia supervisando personal de ventas en campo
Conocimiento de indicadores comerciales (sell in, sell out, cobertura, efectividad, cumplimiento de objetivos, entre otros)
Manejo de clientes y negociación
Conocimiento de rutas de venta y ejecución en punto de venta
Manejo de herramientas de Office, especialmente Excel
