This role is responsible for overseeing operations within a designated manufacturing zone, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to drive performance and continuous improvement across the assigned area.

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret diagrams, BOMs, and instructions
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.
Solid understanding of quality control, safety standards, and lean methodologies.
Must be able to maintain a safe working environment
Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems as they arise

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
