Lead Procurement Manager Technology

One of Europe’s fastest-growing retailers, driven by entrepreneurship and bold growth ambitions. This company is looking for a procurement leader who will play a key role in shaping the technology landscape that supports the company's continued international expansion.
As Lead Procurement Manager Technology, you will lead a team within the international procurement organization and work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and Legal. You will define procurement strategy, manage key vendor relationships, and ensure the technology ecosystem remains scalable, innovative, and future-proof.
Lead the Technology procurement team (4 FTE)
Develop category strategies for IT infrastructure, software, cloud, and digital platforms
Negotiate and manage contracts with strategic technology vendors
Collaborate with Technology, Legal, and Finance stakeholders
Contribute to building a scalable procurement organization supporting Action’s rapid growth

10+ years of experience in an international technology or IT procurement environment
Strong experience with category management and supplier negotiations
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills
Excellent communication and project management skills (prioritize).
You are confident in expressing your opinion, resilient under pressure, and able to maintain an overview.
Flexibility: Minimum of 4 days working at the office
Contract: One year contract, contract for an indefinite period when extended
Bonus: Short Term (1 Year) and Long term (3 Years) based on personal & company performance
Car: Provided by the company
Vacation days: 24 (possibility to buy 5 days per Year)
