Bachelor degree in Engineering departments, preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Egineering
Minimum 5 years of production or maintenance experience in the packaging industry (preferebly in offset printing). Experience in WCM , TPM or IWS is preffered
Good knowledge of computer skills, all office programs (Access, Excel macro programming)
Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English
Experience in lean production methods, 5S organisations, OHSE principles, ISO quality systems & manufacturing costs management
Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking
Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
Proven competence in prioritisation and delivering results
Effective leadership and communication skills
Problem solving, analytical, communication & interpersonal skills
Valid driving licence, no restriction for travel in and out of country

Ensure that the production is done according to company standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost
Responsible for the performance of the area/product and team in terms of quality, costs and delivery
Understand and fulfill product specifications and customer requirements
Plan and organize production process inline with procedures & instructions
Identify production problems and lead to solve them to meet customer requirements
Achieve and continuously improve operational efficiency through assigned KPIs
Establish effective communication and coordination with all relevant departments within the company and with suppliers
Ensure that occupational safety, food safety and environmental standards are implemented consistently
Support lean systems, kaizen projects and TPM method activities
