We're looking for an experienced Production Operator III to join our Landisville team. In this hands-on role, you'll operate and set up manufacturing equipment, ensure product quality, and help keep production running at peak performance. You'll begin your shift by reviewing production priorities and preparing equipment for operation. Throughout the day, you'll monitor machine performance, conduct quality inspections, document results, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with team members to keep production running safely and efficiently while meeting customer quality requirements.
Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Prepare machines and equipment for daily production activities
Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring equipment
Complete quality documentation accurately and independently
Monitor product quality and make necessary machine adjustments
Identify defects, document findings, and escalate issues as needed
Communicate production, quality, and equipment concerns technicians, supervisors, and support teams
Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and product quality
What your background should look like
High School Diploma or GED Preferred
Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Proficient in the use of inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate manufacturing systems
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift
Ability to frequently use hands and arms for grasping, reaching, and handling materials and equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in a precision manufacturing environment
Frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday
Frequently required to reach, grasp, handle materials, and use hand tools
Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
This position supports work performed in an ITAR-regulated facility. Applicants must meet all applicable eligibility requirements.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $20.00/Hour to $22.00/Hour Depending on experience (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
