Responsible for the setting up, manufacturing and monitoring if finished product on the production floor. Your duties include, among others:
Setting up of machine in accordance with Schedules and Product Specifications.
Running and Monitoring of Product as it is manufactured on Machines.
Performing quality checks on Product.
Performing in process control checks of all product manufactured on machines.
Responsible for direction of General Operators working on machine.
Taking an active role in keeping his/her area of work clean and tidy and maintaining the highest standard Health & Safety.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Ensure that safe working practices are always adhered to, including wearing PPE as appropriate.
Acquire knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, work instructions, and associated documentation.
Comply with all Health & Safety Policies and instructions and actively contribute to Company efforts to promote safe behavior and safe systems of work

Good Teamwork and communication skills
Decision making ability coupled with the ability to work on one’s own initiative and with minimum supervision
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision
Ability to forge strong working relationships internally & externally crucial
Excellent organizational and oral/written communication skills are required
Display professional courtesy at all times
Proven analytical thinking, results orientation, and problem-solving skill
