Production Worker - Milling

As Manufacturing Production Workers - MIlling, you will focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment.

Major Responsibilities

• Run the Mill machine according to SOP and suitable for each type of product

• Check production schedules to ensure there are no non-FTQ due to cleaning issue

• Check safety items according to check list before operating to report any unsafe equipment or condition to direct manager for correction

• Report the number of goods (NG, FG, use additives, condition of machine…, ) to production assistant daily for update

• Reported abnormal products or unsafe problems to Leader or Shift leader for correction

• Clean and oversee 5S at working area

• Support other departments.

• Directly report to Production Shift Leader

Requirements / Qualifications

• High school or Intermediate's mechanical engineering is referable

• 2+ years of experience in manufacture environment and powder coating experience is advantageous

• Teamwork is high, the job done on time regulations

• Active and observant

• Hotkey can work overtime

• Continuous improvement mindset
