You will work for one of the major transformation programs going on Within WL
the aim of this program is to replace the existing legacy systems related to Billing and invoicing and replace them by a solution based on SAP BRIM. At the same moment we will also build a communication layer based on Kafka in order to better streamline data flow to and from the SAP BRIM solution.
We expect you to take up the project management role for the first implementation (MVP) of SAP BRIM and of the communication layer. You will report to the IT delivery manager and will have 1 colleague in charge of another MVP scope.
Functie eisen
Skills we can’t do without:
- Proven working experience as Project Manager (+5y) in similar mix of business and IT context.
- Facility to work in an international organization delivering a wide portfolio of products and services.
- Strong communication, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong team management experience with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.
- Experience in managing projects with a majority of subcontractors
- Leadership, accountability, drives for result, organized, structured and autonomous.
- Project management certification
- Fluent in English
Skills we would really appreciate
- Expertise in SAP implementation projects
- Expertise in message bus/microservice implementation projects (using Kafka)
- Exposure, training or hands-on knowledge of SAFe
- Fluent in Dutch or French or Spanish
