Dit bedrijf is een internationale healthcare scale-up met ongeveer 30 medewerkers, gevestigd in Zuid-Holland. De organisatie ontwikkelt twee digitale platformen:
Een patiëntplatform waarmee patiënten eenvoudig toegang hebben tot hun medische gegevens.
Een zorgverlenersplatform waarmee artsen en zorginstellingen patiëntinformatie kunnen beheren en raadplegen.

Het doel is om beide oplossingen uit te laten groeien tot de standaard voor gegevensuitwisseling binnen de zorg. De organisatie werkt met collega’s uit meer dan 15 verschillende landen en de interne voertaal is Engels.
De organisatie werkt met twee multidisciplinaire productteams, één per product. Elk team bestaat uit: Software Engineers, UX Designer en een Product Owner.
De cultuur is jong (leeftijd ligt tussen 22-40 jaar), ambitieus en informeel. Medewerkers krijgen veel autonomie, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de groei van de organisatie.
Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van zorg-IT projecten en implementaties. Je werkt op het snijvlak van zorgprocessen, softwareontwikkeling, leveranciers en zorginstellingen.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
End-to-end projectmanagement (scope, planning, budget en kwaliteit)
Stakeholdermanagement richting klanten, leveranciers en interne teams
Vertalen van processen naar product- en implementatievereisten
Coördineren van implementaties bij zorginstellingen
Signaleren van risico’s en bewaken van voortgang
Afstemmen tussen business, techniek en gebruikers

Ik zoek een kandidaat die:
Ongeveer 3 jaar ervaring heeft als Project Manager of in een vergelijkbare rol
Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt
Affiniteit heeft met softwareontwikkeling en digitalisering
Technische concepten begrijpt zonder zelf zeer technisch te hoeven zijn
Ervaring binnen de healthcare-sector heeft (geen harde eis)

Salaris tot €6.000 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur
Hybride werken met 2 dagen per week op kantoor
25 vakantiedagen o.b.v. fulltime dienstverband
