Door-to-door sales is not for the faint of heart. You must possess the mental toughness to handle rejection and keep a positive, high-energy attitude at the next door.
Exceptional ability to build immediate rapport, speak clearly, and simplify complex concepts (like tax credits and energy offsets) for everyday homeowners.
You don't need a manager looking over your shoulder to get out in the field. You are strictly motivated by your goals and your income.
The willingness and physical ability to walk neighborhoods, work outdoors, and stay on your feet in varying weather conditions.
Previous D2D canvassing, alarms, pest control, or solar experience is highly preferred, but we will train individuals with the right drive and raw talent.
