AI Engineer (Full-Stack ML Developer)
We’re seeking a hands-on to bring machine learning and generative AI models to life across production systems. You’ll build APIs, deploy models, and use workflow automation platforms like to integrate AI into client-facing tools, content engines, and CX flows.
Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs to serve machine learning and GenAI models.
Integrate LLM pipelines (e.g., summarization, personalization, classification) into front-end apps, websites, or campaign systems.
Create modular, event-driven workflows using to automate multi-step AI tasks.
Collaborate with data scientists and GenAI specialists to ensure robust input/output interfaces and error handling.
Optimize infrastructure for performance, token usage, and cost control.
Ensure observability, logging, and fallback mechanisms in live AI applications.

3+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on ML model integration.
Strong Python developer with frameworks like , , or similar.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker), cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), and API architecture.
Experience orchestrating automation using , Zapier, Airflow, or similar tools.
Comfort working with vector databases and LLM services (OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face).
Front-end skills in or for end-to-end application delivery.

Experience with campaign systems (CDP, CMS, email platforms).
Knowledge of LLMOps, model cost optimization, and ethical AI practices.
