Stratenmaker

Als stratenmaker leg je en herstelt bestratingen voor opritten, tuinpaden, terrassen en wegen. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het voorbereiden van de grond, het aanbrengen van een zandbed, het vakkundig leggen van tegels of klinkers en het afwerken van het straatwerk met voegzand en opsluitbanden.

Oude bestrating opbreken en afvoeren Grond afgraven en egaliseren Hoogtes en afschot uitzetten met piketpaaltjes en metselkoord Een stabiel zandbed aanbrengen en aantrillen.
en Afwerking Stenen of tegels handmatig of machinaal leggen (vleien)Stenen op maat knippen of zagen Opsluitbanden en bochtbanden plaatsen Het straatwerk aantrillen met een trilplaatInvegen met straat- of voegzand.
Verzakte of losliggende bestrating herstellen .Gaten vullen en opnieuw aantrillen Onkruid of vuil verwijderen en opnieuw invoegen.
Salaris vanaf € 550 netto per 40 uur
Auto en accommodatie beschikbaar indien nodig
Werken in een professioneel team met een prettige werksfeer
Je hebt ervaring als Stratenmaker
Je beschikt over eigen gereedschap en werkkleding
Je kan communiceren in het Nederlands, Duits of Engels

Als timmerman werk je voornamelijk aan het maken en monteren van houten overkappingen, ramen, deuren en kozijnen. Je werkt nauwkeurig met hout en zorgt ervoor dat alle onderdelen op maat worden gemaakt, gemonteerd en netjes worden afgewerkt.
Als gipswandenmonteur ben je voornamelijk binnen in gebouwen bezig die nog in aanbouw zijn of gerenoveerd worden. Je leest bouwtekeningen en weet exact hoe een metal stud-frame, gipswand of plafond geplaatst moet worden.
Als schilder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het afwerken van bijvoorbeeld muren, gevels, deuren en kozijnen. Het is belangrijk dat je als schilder netjes werkt en oog voor precisie hebt. Het werk varieert per dag van het schuren van traptreden tot het verven van kozijnen.
