Deze informele en klantgerichte IT-dienstverlener ondersteunt al jarenlang MKB-organisaties bij het beheren, optimaliseren en beveiligen van hun IT-omgevingen. De organisatie richt zich op persoonlijke dienstverlening, snelle ondersteuning en duurzame klantrelaties.
Binnen het bedrijf staan techniek, samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal. Medewerkers krijgen veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid en werken in een omgeving waar initiatief en kennisdeling worden gewaardeerd.
Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht technisch team waar samenwerking en betrokkenheid centraal staan. Samen met collega-engineers werk je dagelijks aan beheer-, support- en implementatievraagstukken voor uiteenlopende klanten binnen het MKB.
Binnen het team krijg je veel zelfstandigheid, direct klantcontact en ruimte om actief mee te denken over technische verbeteringen en nieuwe oplossingen.
Als Medior Systeembeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, optimaliseren en beveiligen van IT-omgevingen bij diverse klanten. Je ondersteunt gebruikers, lost incidenten op en werkt mee aan implementaties en migratieprojecten.
Je combineert supportwerkzaamheden met technisch beheer en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen infrastructuur, security en cloudomgevingen.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit
Beheren, migreren en configureren van Microsoft 365 omgevingen;
Beheer van Windows Server- en VMware-omgevingen;
Configureren en beheren van firewalls en netwerken;
Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij 1e- en 2e-lijns incidenten;
Waarborgen van security, back-ups en continuïteit;
Meewerken aan implementaties en infrastructuurprojecten;
Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen IT-omgevingen;
Samenwerken met engineers aan technische oplossingen voor klanten.
Afgeronde HBO-opleiding richting ICT of vergelijkbaar;
Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als systeembeheerder;
Ervaring met Microsoft 365, Windows Server en netwerkomgevingen;
Kennis van VMware, Intune, Exchange Online en Entra is een pré;
Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen;
Proactieve houding en klantgerichte instelling;
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
In bezit van rijbewijs B.
Salaris tussen €3.500 en €5.000 bruto per maand;
25 vakantiedagen met mogelijkheid tot extra vrije dagen;
Auto van de zaak na proeftijd;
