Systeembeheerder Consultancy - Barnes

Voor een IT Consultancy bureau ben ik opzoek naar een Systeembeheerder. Het gaat om een IT-dienstverlener die al bijna 30 jaar actief is binnen detachering en consultancy. De organisatie is bewust compact gebleven en telt ongeveer 25 medewerkers. Ze werken voor een mix van grote en bekende klanten zoals overheidsinstellingen, ziekenhuizen en andere organisaties die iedereen kent, aangevuld met kleinere klanten die direct inhuren. Alle opdrachten bevinden zich binnen de Randstad, op maximaal ongeveer een uur reistijd vanaf het woonadres. Er wordt veel hybride gewerkt en medewerkers werken zowel thuis, op kantoor als bij de klant.
Het team bestaat uit 25 ervaren IT-professionals met een sterke onderlinge band. Meer dan de helft van de medewerkers werkt er al langer dan tien jaar, wat zorgt voor stabiliteit en een prettige, open cultuur. De lijnen zijn kort en zaken zijn goed bespreekbaar, ook als een opdracht inhoudelijk minder goed past. Medewerkers worden hierin actief meegenomen door middel van opleidingen, kennissessies en externe experts. Kwaliteit, samenwerking en duurzame inzetbaarheid staan centraal binnen het team.
Als Systeembeheerder ben je continu bezig met het verbeteren van het beheer van de ICT omgeving. Dit doe je op basis van evaluaties van de gebruikers- of productie ervaringen, prestatiemetingen, eigen analyses en eigen inzicht. Deze werk je uit en je treft maatregelen om de continuïteit, opgeslagen gegevens en de programmatuur te waarborgen. Je werkt aan 2e en 3e lijn issues. Naast het beheer en verbeteren van de ICT omgeving bereid je installaties voor en begeleid je installaties. Ook hou je je bezig met troubleshooten.
Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring als systeembeheerder.
