As a thermal flame sprayer, you apply metallic layers. For this, we use various equipment and a little bit of magic. These metallic layers allow us to make parts more wear-resistant or to overhaul them, for example. Naturally, you are not alone in this, but work together with a friendly team of both experienced and young flame sprayers. As a thermal flame sprayer, you build knowledge of various materials and spraying techniques such as electric, oxy-acetylene, plasma, and HVOF. Once you have gained the necessary experience, you can work independently and monitor the process. Should a deviation occur, you ask yourself what might be causing it and how we can resolve it. This keeps every day varied and challenging.
You will work in a small team with us; the atmosphere in the workplace is very important to us. We are looking for someone who is committed to customer-oriented, positive, and solution-oriented work, and who has a strong sense of responsibility.
BOL or BBL program in Precision Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering;
Or you are already working in the metal industry;
Work and thinking level MBO 2/3;
Extensive technical knowledge and interest;
Sense of responsibility: works accurately and has an eye for quality;
You are good at reading technical drawings and working with measuring tools;
It may happen that an order needs to be completed at the last minute; in that case, it would be nice if you were flexible enough to get the job done today.
