Relying on your strong sense of reliability, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, you will:
Perform manual operations on wafer fabrication equipment and work closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasks
Handle chemicals, microscope inspections, run precision equipment, and process wafers to comply with specifications and other requirements
Attend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activities
Reads, comprehends, and follows required safety policies
Assist process engineers, depending on skill set, in performing experimental procedures
Update documentation on procedures on an as-needed basis
High School diploma or GED required
Clean room, semiconductor manufacturing, or technical manufacturing experience a plus
Good communication skills, both written and oral; ability to read, write and speak English
Solid fundamental Microsoft Excel and computer skills
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 10+ lbs
Ability to complete tasks requiring careful handling while learning through on-the-job training
Strong work ethics in terms of attendance, organization, and teamwork
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, gowning up in coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses and gloves
Top Candidates Will Also Possess
Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience using a microscope (beneficial but not required)
Superb attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
