Plans and develops tools, dies, and specialized parts used in manufacturing processes.
Creating designs, converting designs to blueprints using computer-aided design software, and understanding complex schematics for building fixtures and new parts.
Inspecting the tools, dies for any damage or imperfections affecting the functionality and periodic testing of the tools and machines to ensure they have high efficiency.
Solving problems regarding the production processes, machine settings, and fabrication methods and recommending modifications in the design and materials used.
Manufacturing new stamping and molds, producing spare parts, creating dies, and repairing the dies, molds, and tools when required.

Escolaridad: Preparatoria, carrera tecnica y/o a fin
Experienica de 3 a 4 años como tool maker V.
Cuántos años de experiencia tienen en maquinas de inyección de plastico
Diagnóstico avanzado y reparación experta en moldes y/o troqueles
Experiencia en gruas viajeras (indispensable).
Reparacion y mantenimiento colada caliente y/o fria
Reparación eléctrica enfocada en moldes (indispensable)
