This renowned company is known for its high-quality cleaning services for ships and terminals in the Rotterdam port and surrounding areas.

What will you be doing?
As a Project Leader, you will be the key figure in coordinating and managing cleaning projects on ships and terminals. You have an eye for detail, know how to deploy teams efficiently, and ensure that projects are carried out safely and according to schedule. You will work closely with clients and the internal team to guarantee excellent service.
Leading teams and ensuring efficient personnel deployment
Planning and coordinating cleaning activities according to safety standards
Maintaining daily contact with clients and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
Reporting progress and any challenges to management
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Available 40 hours per week
A results-oriented and stress-resistant project leader with a passion for the maritime sector
Assertive and able to communicate easily with colleagues about project status
Knowledgeable about safety regulations and maritime protocols
Knowledgeable/affiliated with cleaning and/or shipping
Physically capable of performing the described tasks
What are the job requirements?
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the maritime or industrial sector
Strong organizational and communication skills
Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours if necessary; regular overtime is not an issue for you
In possession of a VCA-vol or willing to obtain it
Driving license B (driving license BE is a plus, or you are willing to obtain BE)
