We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Analyst with over 2 years of expertise within the insurance/financial services sector to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in an international IT program. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of UAT test execution and methodologies and be experienced in writing test cases, executing tests with business users, documenting defects and test results in detail and supporting defect investigations. The best part – it’s a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work at home and visit our offices in to meet with colleagues – it all depends on you and the moments that matter.
Reporting to the Business Test Lead, you will be responsible for:
Documenting test cases with Business SMEs.
Perform UAT execution activities, coordinating with cross-functional business teams to ensure testing aligns with business objectives.
Support and inspire business testing SMEs to execute testing on time and to quality, documenting defects as they are discovered.
This may require in person support and therefore travel in EMEA.
Demonstrate proficiency in testing tools and technologies, ensuring their effective utilisation in testing execution and defect management. Microsoft Azure DevOps, Word and Excel skills an advantage
Act as a liaison between the Business Test Lead and country test teams, communicating test progress, issues, and risks effectively.
Collaborate with country stakeholders to prioritize testing execution based on business needs.
Produce and deliver concise and accurate progress reporting for the Business Test Lead on all execution activity.
Note that some travel in Europe may be required on an infrequent basis.
Be a fluent English and German speaker to be able to deliver communications on UAT in both languages.

ISEB or ISTQB Test Management
Candidate has workexperience within the Insurance or financial industry.
