ProfiNRG is one of the leading and most successful (solar) energy companies in the Netherlands, based in Utrecht. For more than 10 years, we have been active in the development, sales, construction and maintenance of large-scale solar energy systems within the C &I (Commercial & Industry) and Utility markets. We develop large solar parks and design and deliver integrated sustainable energy solutions, including EV charging solutions, batteries, solar panels and energy management systems.
Due to our international growth ambitions (Benelux, France, Germany, and Scandinavia), we are looking for a Senior Project Manager Solar and BESS.
As PMO-er, you contribute to ensuring that our large, complex projects can be carried out efficiently, in a structured manner and on schedule. You support your project managers in realising their projects, from preparation to delivery. You will relieve them of operational and administrative tasks so that they can continue to focus on the content. You monitor schedules, budgets and reports, bring structure and overview.
Managing project documentation, maintaining action lists and organising meetings;
Monitoring project progress, budgets, schedules and KPIs to identify deviations early;
Preparing clear and insightful reports for project managers and stakeholders;
Facilitate communication between the project team, stakeholders and external parties;
Assist in planning resources, monitoring budgets and coordinating billing;
Providing solutions to project challenges and improving project management processes.

We are looking for a colleague who is strong in organising, planning and structuring and likes clarity. You work accurately, think analytically and communicate clearly and easily with various stakeholders. You are proactive by nature; you see what is needed and act before anyone has to ask. You are energised by overview, progress and smooth-running projects.
And beyond that you have:
A completed college education in a relevant field;
Several years of experience in a supporting project role (e.g. project support officer; work planner or planner);
Experience with planning and reporting tools;
Affinity with renewable energy or engineering is a strong plus.

Pension scheme (1/3 employee, 2/3 employer contribution);
28 days of leave for full-time employment;
Travel allowance €0.23 p.km and public transport fully reimbursed;
Working from home allowance €2.35 per day;
