An affinity with grinding, a steady hand, but no experience? No problem, we train you in-house to become a grinder and welder in our welding department.
Do you have a feel for high-quality work, a steady hand and an eye for detail? Then you have come to the right place! You make sure that welded parts are neatly ground, sanded, polished and/or finished. As a grinder, you make an indispensable contribution to the team of the joining department. Your work consists primarily of grinding and finishing welded products.
In addition, you will be trained as a welder. Under the guidance of your experienced colleagues, you will master TIG welding. Of course, this is supplemented with the necessary courses and training.

You will work in a modern, well-equipped grinding and welding department where everything is set up to make your work as pleasant as possible. Together with a team of 18 enthusiastic colleagues, with an average age between 30 and 35, you work in an environment where craftsmanship and collegiality take center stage.

You will work under the leadership of Lars in the joining department. In this department, various materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum) are welded together using various welding methods, and the weld seams are ground flat. 18 enthusiastic and friendly colleagues currently work in this department. We have advanced machines and equipment and the newest welding techniques. We also have a welding robot and a grinding cobot.
