Declaranten.nl is voor een opdrachtgever in Tilburg op zoek naar een die enthousiast raakt van het zorg dragen voor een correct verloop van de dagelijkse gang van zaken ten aanzien van de afdeling operationele zaken. Je verzorgt de correspondentie met Douane en contacten onderhouden met Douaneposten.
Je verzamelt informatie om douanedocumentatie correct op te maken.
Je controleert op de juistheid van de verzamelde gegevens.
Je voert controle op douane technisch indelen van de aan te geven goederen.
Je onderhoudt contacten met alle interne en externe belanghebbenden van de zending.
Je regelt het uitvoeren van bezwaar- en beroepsprocedures.
Je zorgt voor het bijhouden van kennis omtrent veranderingen in douanewetgeving.

Werk- en denkniveau op MBO-plus / HBO-niveau.
Minimaal relevante werkervaring als douane declarant.
Goede contactuele eigenschappen zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Dienstverlenend ingesteld richting team en klant.
Probleemoplossend, stressbestendig, kunnen werken onder spanning
Bereidheid tot opleiding en bijscholing.
Ervaring met software zoals Officepakket en douanesoftware.
Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
In kleine teams en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
Woonachtig in de regio Tilburg.
