Machine Operator

20.38 - 24.81 gross per hour
Our client in Coevorden is a leading manufacturer within the food industry. From raw material to finished product, quality and efficiency are always key. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Machine Operator who wants to work in 5 shifts and is ready for a challenge in the process industry.

As a Machine Operator, you can be deployed in different departments

Making department (production): You work with extruders and closely monitor the production process. You set up machines, monitor process parameters and intervene in case of deviations.
Packing department: You will operate and set up packing machines, ensure a well-packaged end product and contribute to the logistics process towards the warehouse.

In addition, you will be responsible for

Cleaning and maintaining your workplace and machinery.
Collaborate with colleagues to make the process as efficient as possible.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Machine Operator who

Has experience in a production or process environment (experience in the food industry is a plus).
Has technical insight and can identify and resolve faults.
Works accurately and has an eye for quality and safety.
Willing to work a 5-shift schedule.
Team-oriented and eager to learn.

What do we have to offer?
A job in a 5-shift system with a shift allowance of 29.5% (amounts mentioned include shift allowance).

A fixed schedule

2x morning shift (06:00 - 14:00)
2x afternoon shift (14:00 - 22:00)
2x night shift (22:00 - 06:00)
4 days off (33.6 hours per week on average)
Working on weekends and public holidays is part of the job, but public holidays are paid at 200%.
