We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about community medicine, offering a 100% outpatient setting with minimal call responsibilities.
Schedule: 100% outpatient with minimal call
Work Environment: Outstanding team environment focused on community health

Compensation & Benefits

4 weeks paid time off + 10 paid holidays
1 additional week for CME with a $4,000 stipend

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education
Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Arizona.
Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
Prior experience in a family medicine setting preferred.
