Onstream is looking for a for the Manpower division.This position is focused on working with existing and new clients, building meaningful relationships and a focus on recruiting to deliver high quality candidates and service.As Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates so that our clients' vacancies are successfully filled. In this position you will be active for national and international clients and candidates.
In this all-round role, you will be involved in various aspects of the commercial business, your tasks include;
Create and maintain job postings and advertisements;
Searching for the right candidates;
Presenting candidates within the team and to clients;
Building talent pools with (high) potential candidates;
Follow up on client request;
Attending open days, trade shows / exhibitions and events for candidates and clients;
Initiating creative and progressive ways to improve the recruitment process;
Administrative work on behalf of the employee and client;
You provide weekly, monthly and annual (recruitment/progress) reports;
You identify, understand and relieve the team and clients;
You have a degree at MBO+ level or higher;
Experience with office programs such as Word and Excel;
You are client-oriented and ambitious;
Good command of the Dutch and English language;
You enjoy to interact and collaborate with other departments;
You love taking responsibility and ownership, have a positive mindset and thrive in an environment with lots of freedom;
You are in possessions of a valid Dutch Driver’s License B;
