SAP Standard Support Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Offering day-to-day support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and resolving technical challenges

✔️ Handling service requests, ensuring timely resolution to maintain optimal SAP system performance

✔️ Performing regular system checks, monitoring system health, and proactively identifying potential issues

✔️ Coordinating with internal teams and SAP support to ensure proper issue resolution and minimal downtime

✔️ Assisting with system upgrades, patches, and other SAP landscape management tasks

✔️ Providing technical advice and best practices to end-users to optimize the use of SAP solutions

✔️ Documenting incidents, changes, and resolutions for continuous improvement and compliance

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience as an SAP Standard Support Specialist or in a similar support role within SAP landscapes

✔️ Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, system administration, and troubleshooting

✔️ Experience with SAP Support Portal, SAP Solution Manager, and related monitoring tools

✔️ Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in SAP environments

✔️ Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

✔️ SAP certifications, especially in SAP Basis or related areas, are a plus
