The ‘Software Engineering Team Leader’ will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and organizing developers, removing blockers, and maintaining coding standards. Their role covers both technical direction and people management.
ensures predictable delivery by breaking large requirements into shippable milestones, managing sprint goals, and tracking progress.
define technical standards, perform code reviews, and guide architectural decisions, address technical backlog, reduce and avoid defects.
act as coaches, mentoring junior members to improve skills and fostering a positive team culture.
serve as the liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood and expectations are managed.
identify and remove obstacles, such as technical issues or dependencies, to keep the team focused on development
Embedded Technologies from institutes like CDAC
Expertise in Embedded C++, RTOS, Device drivers, compiler linkers, debuggers
Communication protocols - I2C, SPI, Modbus, TCP/IP and other
Fair understanding of Electronics Hardware design
Good spoken and written communication skills, Testing
Knowledge of PDLC processes like Agile, SCRUM,
CI/CD, DevOps, Release management experience
Experience in Fuel Dispenser domain
