Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate and introduce new filtering algorithms, signal processing technologies for industrial weighing terminal, and continuously optimize the algorithm development system.
Cooperate with Scrum Master, hardware engineers and other project team members to implement agile development processes and promote efficient iteration of algorithm projects.
Participate in global cross-team technical discussions and project collaborations, synchronize cutting-edge signal processing technologies, and connect with domestic and overseas product R&D requirements
Responsible for the algorithm software architecture design, filtering algorithm development, simulation verification and engineering implementation, focusing on core scenarios of anti-interference and noise reduction under complex working conditions
Control the development schedule and R&D cost of new product algorithm software, strictly deliver standardized design schemes, simulation reports and technical documents, and ensure the completeness and accuracy of design output to meet mass production requirements
Legacy product maintains and pre-study (40%)
Responsible for algorithm maintenance of existing industrial weighing terminal, quickly respond to customer feedback problems such as data drift, signal jitter and anti-interference failure, and complete algorithm iterative optimization and design refactoring
Continuously iterate and optimize the filtering algorithms of existing products, improve core performance such as sensor measurement accuracy, data stability and response speed, and optimize non-functional indicators of products
Conduct technical evaluation for industrial weighing products, deeply research complex industrial interference scenarios, and explore new noise reduction filtering algorithms, signal preprocessing technologies and new application scenarios
Provide algorithm technical support for the industrial product line, addressing various algorithm anomalies encountered in mass production, testing, and field applications
Connect with cross-departmental teams globally and in China, promote technical collaboration, problem synchronization and project implementation, and ensure the efficiency of product R&D and delivery
Undertake technical training and work guidance for junior engineers in the team, and empower the team's capabilities in algorithm development, problem troubleshooting and engineering implementation

What You Need to Succeed
Master’s degree or above, PhD preferred. Relevant STEM majors such as computer science, mathematics, software engineering, automation, measurement and control technology, signal and information processing, and instrumentation science. (MUST)
Proficient in digital signal processing technology, with core capabilities of pure software anti-interference and noise reduction. Able to independently design and optimize static/dynamic filtering algorithms for various industrial noise interferences such as vibration, electromagnetism, temperature drift, power frequency and pulse, ensuring accurate and stable data under complex static and dynamic working conditions. (MUST)
Solid capabilities in software architecture and algorithm design, with mature practical experience in software architecture and algorithm design implementation (MUST)
Excellent team spirit and high sense of responsibility, able to cooperate with the team efficiently to complete technical tackling and project delivery (MUST)
Good English oral and written communication skills, capable of global cross-team English communication and technical document writing (MUST)
At least 2 years of embedded software development experience in the industrial field with the language of C/C++. It will be better if have development experience based on Linux systems (MUST)
Capable of leveraging AI technologies for algorithmic research and innovation, improving system performance and efficiency(PLUS)
Experience of SAFe or software project management or Agile development. (PLUS)
Experience of weighing product development (PLUS)
