Analiza i optymalizacja procesów montażowych (assembly) w celu zwiększenia efektywności, jakości i przepustowościOpracowywanie oraz wdrażanie technologii procesu produkcyjnegoIdentyfikowanie problemów procesowych i ich skuteczne rozwiązywanie (root cause analysis, działania korygujące i zapobiegawcze)Wdrażanie usprawnień lean (np. eliminacja marnotrawstw, skracanie czasu przepływu, balansowanie linii)Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji procesowej (instrukcje pracy, PFMEA, flow, standardy)Współpraca z działami: produkcja, jakość, utrzymanie ruchu oraz R&DUdział w uruchomieniach nowych procesów i wdrożeniach nowych produktów (NPI)Analiza danych procesowych i monitorowanie KPI
Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w środowisku produkcyjnym (preferowane assembly)Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu procesów montażowych i technologii produkcjiDoświadczenie w analizie procesów oraz rozwiązywaniu problemów (np. 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa)Znajomość narzędzi Lean Manufacturing (np.
