We are a dental center with all specialists under one roof. We have multiple locations in Alkmaar, Bergen, Castricum, Zaandam, Heerhugowaard, Beverwijk, Haarlem, and Westzaan.
We are looking for a: Receptionist for our branch in Alkmaar for 3-4 days per week.
If you are a real central figure, a go-getter, and customer-friendly, then we are looking for you!
Experience in dentistry/reception work is a plus, but not a must. Knowledge of Exquise ( next ) is a plus.

What we are looking for

An enthusiastic receptionist with experience in dentistry who enjoys contributing to the organization of our practice.
A front desk employee who welcomes our patients in a friendly, patient, and professional manner and assists them at the reception desk and on the phone.
Experience in dentistry is not a must, but it is a plus.

Receiving and assisting patients at the reception desk and over the phone.
Make and manage appointments in the calendar.
Answering emails and performing various administrative tasks.

Enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and collegiality.
Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Exquise.
Experience in dentistry with administrative/reception work is a plus.
Independent, stress-resistant, able to work well in a team, customer-friendly and proactive.
