Het gaat om een grote landelijke zorgorganisatie die mensen met een verstandelijke of andere beperking ondersteunt om een zo goed mogelijk leven te leiden. Met ruim 14.000 cliënten en 17.000 medewerkers speelt de organisatie een belangrijke rol binnen de Nederlandse zorg. Er wordt continu gekeken hoe zorg en begeleiding verbeterd kunnen worden en hoe technologie hieraan kan bijdragen.
Binnen het Domein Data werken specialisten op het gebied van BI, data engineering, data governance, analytics en AI samen aan oplossingen die impact maken op de zorg en bedrijfsvoering. Er wordt volop geïnvesteerd in een modern Data & AI-platform op basis van Microsoft Azure en Databricks. Je komt terecht in een betrokken en informeel team waar samenwerking, kennisdeling en innovatie centraal staan.
Als Data Engineer werk je aan het ontwikkelen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van data pipelines en dataproducten binnen een modern data- en AI-platform. Je zorgt ervoor dat data uit verschillende bronnen op een betrouwbare en efficiënte manier wordt ontsloten, getransformeerd en beschikbaar gemaakt voor analyses en toepassingen binnen de organisatie. Je werkt met technologieën zoals Azure en Databricks en houdt je bezig met datamodellering, datakwaliteit en het automatiseren van dataverwerkingsprocessen.
Samen met BI-specialisten, data scientists, andere data engineers en architecten vertaal je informatiebehoeften naar schaalbare dataoplossingen. Daarbij denk je actief mee over hoe data beter benut kan worden om processen te verbeteren, risico’s eerder te signaleren en zorgmedewerkers te ondersteunen. Zo draag je met jouw technische kennis bij aan betere zorg voor mensen met een beperking.
Ervaring met of sterke interesse in moderne dataplatformen, zoals Microsoft Azure, Databricks en/of Snowflake;
Nieuwsgierigheid naar ontwikkelingen op het gebied van Data & AI en de drive om nieuwe technologie zelf te onderzoeken;
Een samenwerkingsgerichte instelling, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vloeiend Nederlands.

Een bruto maandsalaris van € 4.100 tot € 6.050 op basis van 36 uur per week, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring;
Een functie voor 32 of 26 uur per week;
Hybride werken, met een fijn kantoor in Amersfoort;
