Store Employee

Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Passionate about fashion, music, and/or culture.
Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Prior sales experience is preferred.

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and sharing information about our brand. Assist customers with purchases, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Upsell through recommendations.
Keep the store clean and organized at all times.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
Process payments, including cash, debit/credit cards, and store credit.
Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
