Are you ready to join and give your all?Share your talentsAs a Data Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that Rituals’ product master data is complete, reliable, and available across the business. You support the development of creative new ideas, concepts, and products by securing high-quality product data in our Rituals Master Database (STEP).Beyond entering data, you act as a data owner and problem-solver. You are a self-starter who takes ownership, proactively identifies issues, and continuously improves data quality. You have a strong affinity with data quality and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable, and trusted data across the organization. You are also an Excel expert, able to analyze, validate, and structure complex datasets efficiently to support better decision-making.For 40 hours per week, you will:Ensure accurate and timely product master data entry in STEP across all phases of the innovation process.Safeguard and continuously improve product data quality by identifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and root causes.Maintain, evaluate, and improve product master data, for example, on pricing or sustainable packaging.Proactively identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with IT and business teams to build scalable data governance and reporting solutions.Act as a data ambassador, promoting the value of high-quality…
