Production Manager

: Amsterdam : 4 days per week : Minimum 3 years : June
We’re currently seeking a production manager to join our apparel & production team, reporting directly to the operations director.
To plan and oversee the product development and production processes, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products, while optimizing costs and schedules.
Manage and maintain the seasonal range plan.
Create and monitor detailed sample and production timelines.
Place and track purchase orders with local and international suppliers.
Negotiate with suppliers on payment terms, volume discounts, and currency deals.
Ensure strong quality control throughout the production process.
Guard production deadlines and troubleshoot any delays.
Improve and streamline production workflows and systems for greater efficiency.

You bring at least 3 years of experience in fashion production.
You’re a medior-level professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively.
You have strong negotiation and communication skills.
You are organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
You are available 4 days per week.
