looking for an experienced consultant in the fields of organizational change and organizational design. The consultant should have prior experience as a transformation lead, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Chief Scrum Master, a senior Scrum Master (involved in coaching multiple teams in their Agile adoption) or in managing organization-wide Agile implementations. We are not just searching for someone who is passionate about the consultant role, but also for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to contribute to the growth of our consulting business.
We are Avant Edge, a partner-owned strategic business consulting firm that was founded in 2022 in Amsterdam. Our client base is growing significantly, hence we are searching for talent to help us grow the company further.
We help our clients with designing future organisational models, restructuring their organisation, define change management strategies, and implementing change in all aspects of the business (e.g. guiding teams, departments, leaders, managers, new roles, reshaping performance management).
We also run long-term development programmes for leadership teams, trainers, coaches and the behavioural aspects of different roles.
We are inspired by the agile mindset but agnostic of any framework. Though,Ali Hajou holds the distinction of being the youngest SPCT(Scaled Agile Framework Practice Consultant Trainer) ever.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for the following

5+ years of working experience in large corporate companies
Training and/ or consulting experience
Experience in the agile field / organisation restructuring
Ability to travel throughout the Netherlands and occasionally throughout Europe

A hidden entrepreneur or intrapreneur
Someone who doesn’t mind doing the groundwork without losing sight of the overall goal
Ideally, next to all of the above: a specific area of expertise (your niche) to build a proposition on
