(We also offer this job as a BBL apprenticeship, where you go to school one day a week to obtain your Operator B diploma.)

Work you will perform, both independently and in a team, includes

Starting up and adjusting the production lines.
Maintaining and cleaning the cleanroom.

You will work in shifts.
You are educated at MBO-level.
You have several years of work experience as an operator.
You are very accurate, work in a concentrated manner and have an eye for detail.
You have a strong affinity with technology and can work in a structured and independent manner.
You are flexible and stress-resistant.
You have knowledge of Dutch (language at work) and (some) knowledge of English.

A challenging full-time position within a company with a strong team spirit and a collegial working atmosphere.
A fixed-term contract that will be converted into a permanent contract if it suits both parties.
Good secondary employment conditions including a premium-free pension and a 13th month.

Salary: €3200,- to €4500,- gross per month excluding holiday pay.

Dejima Optical Films is a small, dynamic, high-tech company that develops optical films for the display industry. These optical films are used to improve LCD screens and are frequently used in the automotive industry. Production of these films takes place under very strict operational conditions in our cleanrooms (dust-free space).
Dejima is located in Arnhem where we work with a team of over 30 people.
