Quality Controller Fresh Food

For a growing international company in the fresh-food industry in Barendrecht, we are looking for an accurate Quality Controller. The company specialises in the import, processing, quality inspection and packaging of fresh products — mainly ginger and garlic — for retailers, wholesalers and foodservice customers across Europe.
You will work in a modern, clean production and warehouse environment where hygiene, food safety and product quality are the top priority. The team is compact and colleagues support each other between departments — a practical, direct and quality-focused working culture. Clear communication is valued: rather ask one question too many than make a costly mistake.
As Quality Controller you are the final check before products go to the customer. You quickly recognise anything that does not meet the standard and record findings carefully.
