Over deze vacature
From customer enquiry to a fully operational system
A client calls with a new request for the studio. What follows is not simply a matter of copying: someone has to work out exactly what is needed, devise a technical solution and set out how it will operate and be maintained in future.
At Triple Audio, that’s your role. You design and implement installations centred on audio automation, but you don’t stop at the technical side alone. You translate requests into clear plans and ensure that every project is thoroughly documented before it leaves the office.
Do you enjoy creative thinking just as much as the actual building?
Triple Audio has been a specialist in professional broadcast and audio solutions for over 30 years. From our office in Bilthoven, we design, build, and install complete radio and TV studios.
We handle everything in-house: from design to realization and support. That makes us fast, technically strong, and flexible.
We work in a compact team with short lines of communication and direct interaction. No bureaucracy, but collaboration with engineers, developers, and management within one organization.
We grow consciously and in a controlled manner, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
You will be involved in projects from the initial application right through to handover, with a focus on design, documentation and technical management:
You translate customers’ queries and requirements into clear technical solutions and concrete project plans.
You will be a key point of contact for the client throughout the project, contribute strategic input on the approach and maintain an overview of several projects at the same time.
You will help develop solutions for routing and switching, application design and management, and automation strategies, and set up systems for critical installations operating 24/7/365.
You build ecosystems based on advanced network technologies and virtualisation, such as Docker.
You document the design, configuration and handover of each project, ensuring that knowledge is properly retained within the team.
Who are we looking for?
Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows for industrial applications, and a basic understanding of networking and routing.
You enjoy researching and documenting information, and bring structure to projects.
Experience in a similar technical role is an advantage, even if gained through a hobby. A complete junior is not suitable for this role.
You have a Category B driving licence.
You live a reasonable distance from Bilthoven.
Proficiency in the Dutch language is an essential requirement.
We prefer working together in the office. Not because we have to, but because it works. Direct communication, quickly discussing something, answering questions while looking a colleague in the eye. You learn from each other faster, build better working relationships, and prevent miscommunication. That personal connection makes the difference, both in the quality of our work and in the enjoyment we derive from it.
Exciting, varied projects from initial enquiry to completion
Opportunities to contribute your own ideas and engage in strategic thinking
Training and courses in your field; you’ll become the expert
Plenty of scope for personal and professional development
Small, informal, with short lines of communication
Direct contact with engineers, developers and customers
An enthusiastic team with a strong sense of togetherness
A competitive salary, depending on experience
23+2 days’ holiday (based on a 40-hour week)
VrijMiBo every Friday afternoon during working hours
Bar and pinball machine in the office
Regular team outings and get-togethers

Even if you don't tick all the boxes, we invite you to apply. We consider motivation and an eagerness to learn at least as important as experience.
