This organization operates within the textile production industry and works daily to produce yarns according to clear quality and safety standards. Within the production department, everything revolves around precise work, collaboration, and maintaining a smooth production process.
You will find yourself in an environment where machines, materials, and colleagues are continuously in motion. Together with the shift supervisor and colleagues from your own and other shifts, you ensure that work is properly handed over and that any disruptions, deviations, or improvement points are discussed in a timely manner. Safety and quality are always paramount.

Functie

As a Production Worker in a 3-shift system, you are responsible for operating various textile machines. You start machines according to the work instructions, closely monitor the production process, and check whether the yarn meets the specified quality requirements. If you notice something is not going well, you act quickly and accurately to prevent damage to the product or the machine.
During your shift, you participate in the conversion of machines and ensure that the correct operation is performed. You resolve minor malfunctions yourself and report larger malfunctions to the shift supervisor or technical service. You also report unsafe situations or near-accidents immediately so that everyone can continue to work safely. You work in a 3-shift system with an early shift from 06:30 to 14:30, a late shift from 14:30 to 22:30, and a night shift from 22:30 to 06:30. On Friday, the night shift runs until 02:00.
Collaboration is important in this role. You consult with management about deviations, quality changes, and malfunctions, effectively communicate information to colleagues, and participate in checks and work meetings. This way, everyone knows what is happening, and production stays on schedule.

• You are proficient in Dutch, English, or German;
