Als , ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productie en afwerking van transportbanden met millimeterprecisie. Je voert verwerkingstechnieken uit zoals ponsen, afdichten en persen, waarbij je zowel machines bedient als handmatige taken uitvoert. Nauwkeurigheid en vakmanschap zijn essentieel.

Je 3 belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn

Productieactiviteiten uitvoeren: ponsen, afdichten en persen van transportbanden.
Kwaliteitscontrole: materialen en eindproducten inspecteren volgens normen.
Machineoperatie en voorbereiding: machines bedienen en afwerkingswerkzaamheden uitvoeren.

For a full-time role of 40 hours per week during daytime shifts, you can anticipate:
A monthly gross salary ranging from €2,525 to €3,300, based on your experience and qualifications.
An initial contract of 7 months with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment.
26 days of annual leave and a travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer starting from 0.1 km.

You have a technical mindset, work methodically, and are dedicated to producing excellent results. You also bring:
MBO-level education or equivalent hands-on experience and cognitive abilities.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Background in manufacturing or conveyor systems is a plus.
Diligent, motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
