Cost Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee costing and fixed asset management within our organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting and asset control. Regular reporting is required to key stakeholders including the Finance and Accounting Manager, Department Managers, and relevant Government Departments, ensuring transparency, compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Collect cost information and maintain an expenses database
Establish and maintain standard costs for products and services.
Analyze variances between actual and standard costs.
Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance)
Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)
Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
Analyze and report profit margins
Assisting in month-end and year-end closing
Reviews all invoices, purchase orders and manual entries coded to Projects for accuracy and appropriateness.
Creates project assets and registers business assets in accordance with Company policy to ensure all assets are transferred from Projects to Assets in a timely manner and within timeline.
Maintains Asset / transfers between department and useful life updates as well as identifying and processing asset disposals.
Prepares and records monthly journal entries related to fixed asset.
Prepares all fixed asset related reconciliations and required reports.
Gathers information related to fixed assets for internal and external auditors and consultants.
Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting.
Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in a multinational company as well as a manufacturing working environment is a must.
Excellent and proven communication skills.
Able to work in Rayong and drive to work by own
