Functie

As a Machine Operator (Non-Books), you always work in accordance with quality standards and identify deviations in a timely manner before they cause problems. You work accurately and with discipline, follow procedures, and help maintain the machines through proper operation and basic maintenance. You are proactive and alert, spotting risks at an early stage so that production, quality, and output are not compromised. You have an interest in technology and are comfortable operating machinery and technical equipment. By working closely with your colleagues and communicating clearly, you actively contribute to a smooth and efficient production process.

What do we expect from you?

• You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail;
• You are able to maintain high quality while working at a fast pace;
• You carefully follow work processes and procedures;
• You can stay focused and concentrated for extended periods of time;
• You are available to work day shifts from 07:00 or 08:00 until 15:00 or 16:00;
• During peak periods (from week 45 through week 2), you are willing to work in a two-shift system: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00;
• You have a good command of the English language, as English is the primary working language within the organization.

Aanbod

What can you expect?

• A gross hourly wage of €15,38 with no relevant experience, or €16,13 if you have relevant work experience;
• A 25% shift allowance for hours worked between 06:00–08:00 and 18:00–20:00;
• A 50% shift allowance for hours worked between 20:00–24:00;
• An average workweek of 32 to 36 hours;
• Opportunities to work additional hours during busy periods and occasionally on Saturdays;
