Function

As a Machine Operator (Non-Books), you consistently adhere to quality standards and promptly identify deviations before they cause issues. You work with accuracy and discipline, follow procedures, and assist in machine maintenance through proper operation and basic upkeep. You are proactive and alert, spotting risks early to ensure production, quality, and output are not compromised. You have an interest in technology and are comfortable operating machinery and technical equipment. By collaborating closely with your colleagues and communicating clearly, you actively contribute to a smooth and efficient production process.

Job Requirements

What do we expect from you?

• You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail;
• You are able to maintain high quality while working at a fast pace;
• You carefully follow work processes and procedures.;
• You can maintain focus and concentration for extended periods of time.;
• You are available to work day shifts from 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM.;
• During peak periods (weeks 45 through 2), you are willing to work a two-shift system: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 2:00 PM–10:00 PM.;
• You have a good command of the English language, as English is the primary working language within the organization.

What can you expect?

• A gross hourly wage of €15,38 with no relevant experience, or €16,13 if you have relevant work experience;
• A 25% shift allowance for hours worked between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.;
• A 50% shift allowance for hours worked between 8:00 p.m. and midnight;
• An average workweek of 32 to 36 hours;
• Opportunities to work additional hours during busy periods and occasionally on Saturdays.;
